contestation par le proprietaire des horaires donnés sur le site. arrêt tramway sous les fenêtres avec cloche retentissant des 6h du matin.

All'arrivo non vi è stata accoglienza in quanto la proprietaria non era reperibile e si è presentata con un'ora e mezza di ritardo. A prima vista pulito e carino ma, dopo aver dato un'occhiata in giro abbiamo potuto appurare che: frigo e wc erano entrambi molto sporchi; stoviglie e sedie contate x 3 (2 tazze e no piatti fondi); no lavastoviglie. Il wc era chiuso in uno sgabuzzino di 1m x 1m senza aria e aspiratore (si può immaginare il disagio di non potersi chiudere dentro, anche solo per il caldo). Appartamento per non più di 3 persone, divano letto sfondato da una parte e troppo piccolo x 2. Acqua calda dopo 2 docce finiva. Positivo: posto auto assegnato e posizione (fermata tram sotto casa). La proprietaria non sa fornire informazioni utili (come se non fosse del posto). Durante la permanenza non un punto di riferimento in caso di necessità (guasto, cortocircuito,..) in quanto lei partiva per le sue vacanze. Per la consegna delle chiavi non ha rispettato l'appuntamento telefonico della sera prima per stabilire l'orario della partenza. Alla mattina della partenza (alle 7 ha chiamato in risposta al nostro messaggio in segreteria della sera precedente), le sono state fatte notare le critiche per una miglioria futura, ci ha risposto che: c'era stato troppo poco tempo per pulire, che siamo schizzinose e che c'erano spugne e detersivi.
