Modern and welcoming co-living condo/hotel building with parking basement. Rooms are very functional, modern, with mini-kitchen. Location is just outside of the city center, about 15 minutes walk to the busy Old Town. The suburb is very quiet and devoid of people, and contrasts greatly with the buzz of café crowds only 15 minutes away.

Home away from home

This was a terrific location close to tram. Also, if you need to do work there is a co-working space on the ground floor which is excellent if you need to do work while away. There is a restaurant on site and a lovely outdoor garden area. Rooms modern. A home away from home.

The staff were so accommodating and friendly. We felt very taken care of! The space is also very efficient, clean and comfortable. The roll-down shade made the room completely black overnight, and the AC worked perfectly to make the room cool for sleeping. The breakfast on the patio was also fantastic. The location is also very nice and walkable to the train station and the Comédie square. Would encourage anyone to stay here that values quality, reliability, and all-over comfort.
