No one at front desk during morning, one staff member was helpful arranging the shuttle, but many had trouble using English. OK for 1 night. Be certain to get dropped off at the right hotel as the shuttle serves more than one hotel and one can end up kilometers away from the right location.

There is no restaurant, even though they advertise one. The first room had a leaking toilet so the guy at the desk said we could go about our day and when we got back he would have a new room for us. When we got back a girl at the desk said we didn’t get a new room, needless to say we got a new room. They need to fix things up around the hotel as it looks like it’s falling apart

The hotel is okay — you get what you pay for. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle service, which is very convenient for a layover. I was able to take a nice shower and rest comfortably. Breakfast is included, but it starts at 7:00 a.m., so unfortunately I couldn’t have it because I left at 6:00 a.m. Maybe next time

Airport shuttle doesn’t have hotel name on it. I wasted 1 hour waiting for it, even though it passed by once before me. You need to ask every van if they will accept Baymont passengers. A shuttle marked Armon Hotel took me to Baymont.

The first impression was disappointment; lights flickering in the common areas, icy walkway very unsafe, not a very warm welcome from reception. The room, door frame looked like someone broke in, no control of room temperature, thin bed covers and sheets, every piece of furniture had pieces broken out of it. A couple of appreciated parts of the stay were the small fridge and the airport shuttle.
