Great apartment. The stairs leading up to the front door are hazardous; you must be extremely careful. The washroom is not great, the bathtub is peeling, mold and loose tile on the floor. Airconditioner is in the kitchen, and you have to keep the bedroom doors open to stay slightly cool

Comfortable stay in great location

Two comfortable rooms with laundry machines in the bathroom. Two minutes away from grocery store and the wonderful cafe culture of Avenue Mont-Royal - ten minutes to the Metro.
