Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, the unit features two bedrooms with king/queen beds and blackout curtains (just perfect for a good night's sleep!). Fully equipped kitchen with induction oven, laundry room, heat pump/air conditioning, large terrace (balcony), BBQ and access to a parking lot. Pets and families with children welcome! Lovely neighbourhood with lots of parks and green spaces. Close to Longueuil metro station, Jacques-Cartier bridge, stores and restaurants from St Charles Street and Victoria Street (in St Lambert). Friendly owner-occupiers live in the apartment above - we'll be there if you need help or advice on exploring the city !
