The room was amazing. The service in the restaurant was ok. After our dinner plates were removed, we weren’t asked if we wanted any dessert or after dinner drinks we were just handed the bill. It actually felt like the waiter wanted to leave.

The room was clean, and the pools were nice — one heated and one regular, which was a good touch. However, the front desk experience was disappointing. Mohammed and Saanch were excellent, but Cathie and the rest of the staff came across as quite rude. There was no breakfast offered, and overall, the stay didn’t feel like a 5-star experience. I’d rate it closer to a 3-star.

Breakfast wasn’t free but delicious choices and good prices with a seat looking out at the lake. Exercise room was adequate, and I enjoyed the «  sauna » which is really a steam room. My family enjoyed having 2 king beds. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Poor check in. They put my card through several times and it was declined. My step daughter had the same problem with her card. The reception person finally used their white card reader and everything was working. There was absolutely no apology given for the incident.
