The room is nice and comfortable. Staff is agreeable and breakfast is adequate and plentiful. One thing only to criticize, on entering the room it would have been nice to have a place to put our winter boots in like a rubber mat. My socks were a bit grimy after I walked around the room. It would encourage further guests not to walk around with their boots in the room. The room was facing Sherbrooke street so I recommend earplugs.

The rooms were in so bad condition the air conditioning was not working i was so cold in night bathroom were dirty and broken the hot water was not working the towel so bad condition the stairs do dirty everything in bedroom was broken the carpet so dirty and i felt so itchy in bed

Chateau Versailles is in an excellent location - right on Sherbrooke, metro nearby, walkable for the unis and museums and core downtown sights. Super friendly staff and feels safe. Enjoyed the breakfast - hard boiled eggs, ham and cheese, yoghurt, nice coffee and teeny pain au chocolat and crossant super addictive. Bit dated but nice clean and great value.

The Hotel was spotless and the staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was a bit boring,the same thing every day. The only real problem was the stairs. Not for people with mobility issues.

The staff were super nice and the breakfast was a good feature. However, the room had several issues. The heating was loud. Steps on the floor were loud (from outside room). The bathroom floor tiles were loose. The sink was clogged. The shower had warm but not hot water. The sink vanity was missing a piece of wood. The TV had only 2 channels.

The front desk clerk was amazing! He came down and got my bag from my car and carried it in for me. I got a sweet treat upon arrival and everything I asked for was met with support and the genuine desire to make my stay comfortable. He was so pleasant and helpful. The room is beautiful, the hotel is quaint and cozy. This place is a real gem.

Very nice room. Nice hotel. Great location. We rented the Trianon suite. Very well kept, clean, spacious, full kitchen. Couple of minor issues in the room can be improved, but nothing serious. One major drawback to this particular room: it is right next to the breakfast room (very good breakfast by the way). At 6:30am the staff is starting to prepare the breakfast. Unless you are an extremely sound sleeper, you can expect to be woken up at 6:30am if you book this suite.
