In the hotel listening, it shows a laundry facility in the amenities, and that was one of the reasons that I booked this hotel. However there was no onsite laundry facility at all. We had to do our laundry in a nearby Laundromat.

When I looked at the advertisement of your hotel, I was also interested in many beautiful pictures, but when I checked in, I could not believe what you said on the website, it was completely wrong. The bedroom smelled musty, and the carpet was so dirty that I wanted to move to another room. And when I was changed to another room, it was the same. The smell of the carpet made me unable to breathe, so I had to walk outside until late at night, so tired that I went to the hotel to sleep and forget the unpleasant smells of the hotel. I was really dissatisfied and luckily for me, I only had 1 night at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Easy walk to art museums and hop on hop off bus. About a 40 minute walk to Notre Dame and Old Port. Small but adequate breakfast buffet. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

excellent walkable location to Fine Arts Museum, many dining options, clubs, shopping and close to the great Montreal Botanical Garden by car. a cheaper option to valet parking was also available offsite in good proximity. room cleaning a problematic with getting sufficient bathroom supplies, but the cleaning was adequate.

The first impression was great! Love the old style and feel. No elevator wasn't so great, but... A large room lower level. Noisy neighbors above and some outdoor noise but it could have been worse. Good breakfast that was included. Friendly, helpful staff.

Large room - 2 queen beds. Comfy beds. No view as our room backed onto laneway of homes. AC did not work well even though we asked for staff to come look into it. Staff was friendly and even shared free parking options in the area instead of paying for Valet. Good breakfast. Rooms/hotel is older and a bit run down.

Our room was small, overlooking the front of the hotel on a busy street. Nowhere to put 2 suitcases so I ended up with mine in the small closet. The air conditioner was very noisy and the room was stuffy without it on. No bathroom fan. The bathroom is small, tub grout needs to be replaced. Old, tired carpet. No decaf or tea in the room. The breakfast was not great - no decaf coffee, no gluten free options, no fresh fruit. Two positives: the bed was very comfortable and the staff were great!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good, central to a lot of things. Breakfast was adequate for a quick bite to start the day. Wi-fi was god, we had no issues. However, the noise was very loud coming from the busy street. The windows need to be better insulated.
