Disappointing due to ongoing issues throughout our 3 night stay. On the first night, the tv was not working. There is a phone in the room which is supposed to be a direct line to hotel support however the instructions on the phone were not accurate therefore we were unable to use the phone to contact the hotel for help.
The next day, we spoke with the hotel staff in person to inform them of the tv and phone. They sent someone to fix the tv however it did not resolve the problem. We were informed how to use the phone however the instructions again did not work. We were informed the tv problem was due to the manufacturer and they were working to fix it. It was an ongoing issue during our 3 day stay. The morning of check-out, the front desk contacted us 2 times to see when we were leaving so they could arrange the tv to be fixed. While I understand they wanted to fix the tv so the issue may be resolved for the next customer, this was not good business practice. The message sent was that we were not valued. Not a welcoming experience.
