The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed; even to taking us to our room to make sure it met my special needs. When it didn't she (wished I could remember her name, , Chrystal, Christie?), immediately found us a room that did, very quickly with the least amount of inconvenience. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful.

The hotel and surrounding area are beautiful and our room was very spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately the woman that checked us out was very rude and should not be working in customer service and it ended our stay on a very sour note. Upon check-in, I paid the security deposit with a debit card, $200. Upon paying, the front desk agent asked if I’d like my receipt. I said, “no, thank you.” When I returned to the front desk upon check out to have my deposit returned to me, the front desk agent was immediately rude and snippy with me. I explained that I’d paid the deposit with my debit card. She asked for the receipt. I told her that I’d declined to get the receipt when the front desk agent at check-in asked if I wanted it and that she had not said I needed it. The front desk agent at check-out rudely demanded to see my bank app on my phone. I wound up showing it to her but the whole interaction was just terrible. I will not stay here again just because of the rudeness of that agent.
