Misrepresented Listing and Unacceptable Conditions

YouThis property did not match the listing description or photos. On arrival, I encountered a strong odor, cigarette burns on the couch, a moldy shower curtain, sticky windows, trash in drawers, and damaged fixtures. The room with blue chairs, shown in the listing, didn’t even exist.I contacted the host immediately. Though a cleaning crew was offered, it was after 7:00 p.m. —far too late to be a viable solution after a long day of travel. I needed a clean, ready-to-use space, not one that required extra coordination.I reached out to Vrbo support, but after two hours with no resolution, I had to check into a hotel.This experience was stressful and unacceptable. I’m requesting a full refund due to the false listing and unlivable conditions.
