As stated in the previous review, the street below was loud with the nightclub across the street hosting a boisterous crowd until the wee hours of the morning. To make matters worse. The persistent squeaky sounds of the bed frame/headboard kept me up where I had to drag the mattress to the living room to get some sleep. One would expect at this exorbitant nighty rate to have soundproof windows/curtains and a well crafted bed which would have accurately reflected its healdline "Cutting Edge Condo".

The apt. was quite comfortable, & our contact was helpful, friendly, & informative. However, the street was exceptionally noisy at night when the nightclub across the street was open--revelers yelling, horn honking, & general noise till 4:00 or 4:30 a.m. The headboard on the bed made noise as well. Night noise was the only drawback.

The haughy female statue n a Chanel-like suit, holding her poodle, the woman turning up her long, snooty nose at the nearby bank; the female statue is located on the corner opposite the snooty man.
