Part of the Canal Districts, Griffintown is a neighborhood in Montreal located to the west of the area of Old Montreal known as Cité Multimédia. It is bounded by the Bonaventure Highway to the east and extends north to Notre-Dame Street. To the west, it reaches Seigneurs Street, and to the south, it stops at the beautiful Lachine Canal, opposite which lies Pointe-Saint-Charles.



The proximity to the Lachine Canal is a winning feature of this vibrant neighborhood, not to mention that it feels like a village while being just a 15-minute metro ride from downtown. All the new constructions benefit from views of the canal and the pleasant walking and biking promenade along its banks.
