Staff was good but someone amenities mentioned were not provided to us. There was room body wash or shampoo in the room. The bottles were empty also the rooms were small as shown in the picture and no rooftop garden was there as mentioned in the ad.

Around 11pm it became apparent that our room had cockroaches. We were able to catch and kill one bring it to the front desk for help. The other roach went behind the couch. Front desk moved us from our suite to a room on the 10th floor that was not the same suite, but rather a room with a beautiful tub that had NO PLUMBING ATTACHED TO IT. Not a very romantic Valentine's Day and I've been trying to follow up with the property Manager Khalid for a couple days without response.
