I had brought beers and left them in the fridge for the day. When I came back, the beers were frozen. I went to the reception and the girls just said to put them in hot water. I know how to defrost liquids, I wanted to be compensated somehow because frozen beer is lost, but no. Nothing. Someone came in the room and repaired the fridge.
