The first room assigned had a lot of cigarette smell, we claimed it and they assigned a different room that was clean. In addition, after 7 days of completing the check-out the deposit hasn’t been refunded yet.

This is a really nice hotel conveniently located on the edge of Montreal's Chinatown. So, you can bet that you will find some of the best cuisine in the city. I also like that a metro station is located across the street from the hotel. The rooms are nicely appointed and well stocked with amenities. The available breakfast was quite good and had a good variety of foods. Overall, a great stay.

The hotel is weel located in china town near old montreal town, to port and musieum. Room was confortable and clean. The breakfast was expensive and not so good. The best is to eat breakfast outside in st Catherine avenue.

The room was spotless and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my laptop charger in the room, and they immediately started the process to return it to me by mail — excellent service! The only downside was the breakfast buffet, which my partner found a bit underwhelming considering the price. Other than that, a great stay overall.

Holiday Inn Centre-Ville is conveniently located in Montreal's Chinatown, minutes' walk to downtown and steps from Place d'Armes metro station. My room is not very big, but is well maintained, clean and comfortable. It also has a wonderful view toward the world-famous Notre-Dame Basilica which is one block away. The staff is very courtious and quick to answer to our needs. One drawback of this hotel is mediocre sound isolation. Not that the room is noisy. But when the next door talks loudly, you hear a faint rumble. One attraction of this Holiday Inn is its mini indoor Chinese garden. But being in the back of Chinatown is the real attraction. While you are in Chinatown, be sure to check out dragon's beard candy that you cannot find anywhere else in the continent.
