We were hit with a major snow storm that affected two countries in North America and my train ride was cancelled and refunded without question. However, this Hotel lacks compassion and neglects to even address the issue with paying customers. I will never go to this Hotel again.

I asked for coffee pods for my coffee machine and never got them. My blow dryer was broken and I asked for another one and never got it. I requested extra towels since both me and my daughter have very long hair. They never put them. On the last night we got, what I think is a prank done to us. Maybe kids in the hotel. They knocked like crazy at 12:30am and left boxes of pizza outside my door. I called the front desk immediately terrified. They never came to Chanel on us. I had to call 2x and no one came to see what happened!! Very very poor service. I always stay at the hotel when I come to Montreal and this time the service was extremely poor.
