The hotel was beautiful and everything was fabulous excwot our immediate view from our room. Lots of construction happening. But far in the distance you could see gorgeous buildings.

A beautiful hotel. Very modern and clean. Breakfast was amazing - served on china not paper plates. Our room was huge (a full suite). The pool was very spa like - only negative was it was super echoey so when filled with kids it got very loud. Underground park was nice and secure. There is a Starbucks in the same complex as well as a grocery store. Gibeau Juliep (the huge orange shaped building - they serve an orange Julius type drink) is right near by. I would definitely return for another stay.

We had a good experience staying at the hotel and it was very clean. The breakfast was good to have so we didn’t need to rush out in the morning. The staff were friendly especially the ones at the breakfast buffet. Some things to improve are the USB chargers in the room were not working, Smart TV option would be good to include as the tv selection was limited. Parking was additional but with the total price of the hotel, it should be included. We asked about the MTL passport and general information but the front desk staff didn’t know about it. Maybe just more information can be provided about things to do in the city. It would also be good to add more seating in the pool area.

Wedding until 2 am with the loudest music. We left at 6am so sleep was important. Front desk was not concerned and told me to speak to the manager today. Which I of course did not have time for or did that help. Why put families with you g children 2 floors above your loud ballroom. Seems very unfair. Wedding guests should be put on all lower floors. You should warn people about the noise. Hand out ear plugs, offer refunds etc. This is disgraceful.
