I have stayed at hotel bonaventure, holiday inn and they do not compare to Quartier Dix30 hotel. Free parking, shopping, restaurants all within walking distance is amazing. Very clean, friendly staff this will be the only place I stay each and everyone I come to Montréal

The bed was very comfortable, very clean hotel and well located with lots of restaurants and shops. I wished they had a swimming pool and that the front desk would have given me more information about where everything was in the room as I check-in. It was my first time at an Alt hotel which is different and more on the small scale and had hidden features. I did like that they rushed my room to be ready 2 hours early as I arrived and that sent a text to communicate with them. I texted them with my questions . I really enjoyed it.

Great hotel for the price. Room was perfect for a solo traveller or couple. I had a minor issue with my shower being slow to drain and they fixed it immediately. Highly recommend this hotel for the area
