Small, intimate, beautifully chic hotel minutes’ walk from the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. Above an excellent French restaurant. Terrific place. Been staying there since 2017!

Property is well located for walking and dining. Very quiet and spacious room in small hotel. Breakfast is American continental only. You can walk down the block and eat in Best Western restaurant for extraordinary and reasonably priced brunch. Dunn’s smoked meats for dinner is close by as well

Please have your check in times updates so the room actually being ready coincides with that time. Your guests should not have to go away for an hour to await room readiness. Many of us are tired and have come from far.

Very noisy far into the night. Air conditioning did not work properly. You can hear your floor as well as your neighbors’. Pricy for what you get. Never to come back. Sorry.

I’m not sure what VIP access entailed for this property. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. However, I had to keep requesting for face cloths and bottled water which was usually given to me one at a time. The rooms itself was not very clean. Lots of dust and hair bordering the room. Perhaps white tile is a poor choice given the state of cleanliness. I was told that the room would be cleaned after one day, however I had to request a cleaning on day four. Again, the staff were super helpful, but I had to ask for anything that I needed.

Very nice property. Picked from the ratings in Expedia. Came into town to bring my son to the UFC event. The young man at the front desk was extremely helpful. We contacted him more than a few times and came up and helped us with a smile. Breakfast was extremely tasty and fresh. Beds were comfy. Room was clean. My wife usually brings her own cleaning supplies but was not needed. Wish I had a few more days to stay. Would stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality!
