Saint-Clair working at reception was very welcoming & kind, he deserves a raise! The room was very clean & warm (great for colder seasons). I think if I was staying on a higher floor it would've been less noisy, but otherwise great!

We had a lovely experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious. Parking was a bit challenging as the entrance to the garage is extremely steep. Staff was courteous and helpful. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

The location is good, walk to the river and all major attractions. The room is a 1-bedroom apartment unit. The living area, kitchen and dining area add the comfort and convenience. The breakfast is decent and staff is friendly.

Someone hit my car while I went to check in and their response was nothing they can do. Ever I call them earlier where to park i am coming to check in. She’s like around the building anywhere. After there is no responsibility when someone hit my car. Room wasn’t very clean. Floor was dirty. So my overall experience wasn’t good here.

Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of food. The parking lot was easy to navigate even if it was in a different building. Luckily, our car was not a large sedan.
