I picked this hotel because parking was included. The parking is under an overpass and you have to run across a busy road that no one wants to stop for you and try not to get killed. It is not close to anything and the area around the hotel is very rundown and scary. The breakfast juices are so watered down that you would rather not drink anything. We had asked twice for the inside piece to our shower curtain and still didn’t get it. For the hassle it’s just worth spending the extra and getting something closer to everything.

We staying for two nights. The room is okay. The staff is not very helpful. the first day we found out the toilet isn't flush properly and we found a lot of ants inside the room. I talked to the front desk older guy to change a different room. He seems doesn't care, he is constantly on his phone.no surprise for him. This situation sounds like normal.He said ok.but when we came back at night. There's no room available for us. I'm not coming back. They didn't return $100 deposit. I asked a bag of ice, not available Even I gave $1 for the bag. No service at all.

Would never go here again. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. The room was so hot. We couldn't sleep. They gave a fan bit still it was unbearablly hot to sleep. Yes we told them many times but the staff rotated constantly so we had to keep telling them again and again. Waste of money.

The staff was wonderfull and really friendly. But the heat we felt on our room was insane. I think it was the same ac for all the rooms and the heating system was a 29 degrees even if the ac was at 16 (the air coming out was hot). I told the staff and they were surprised. No compensation.
