The room was spotless and well equipped. Location is great for Metro, bars, and restaurants. What didn’t work as well: noisy HVAC and mini fridge, ultra firm mattress, and no hot water from bathroom sink.

Sadly, this hotel did not meet the expectations set from the listing photos or reviews. We felt we did not get value for the money spent. From the dusty room, the uncomfortably firm bed, the mediocre breakfast (but good coffee), and the inexperienced staff, there’s definitely room for improvement.

Excellent boutique hotel! The staff was very friendly, the hotel was super clean and pretty quiet. It was a very close walk to the downtown/main shopping street as well as the hipster area of Blvd St-Laurent. There's a mini market right around the corner which was nice and late night kebab place was maybe a 10 min walk. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was large and spacious. The water pressure was great. The location was relatively central and the room was quiet. There was minimal outside noise and very little noise from other guests and staff in the hallways, etc.
