Room was nice as was hotel overall. Staff were friendly and it is very conveniently located close to everything in the Old Port. The main annoying thing was the exorbitant parking charges we were hit with - $63 per day for the pleasure of using their valet service. It’s probably my own fault for not asking when we checked in but wow that seemed to be really expensive. Other than that, no complaints and would potentially return, just would find a way to avoid using their parking facilities.

Friendly attentive staff, perfect location, beautiful building with a great coffee shop! One employee really stood out, Tom from the valet department. A true gentleman, which is rare these days. He would ask me, if it was okay to open the door for my wife. In a world where people don't even say thank you for opening a door. It was refreshing to met such man!
