Hello, I reserved the stay in order to rest (I reside next door). I am very familiar with the hotel’s amenities, restaurants, bars, etc Because I wished for sleep, I did not request housekeeping the first two nights. The third, I did. I left the room early in the morning and returned around 2PM. I was surprised to see the room still not done as a trolley was on my floor. I called reception and was told that they were putting my room in priority and “technically” they had until 4PM to clean a room. Okay. Despite feeling the day wasted, I complied and I left again to return at 3:40PM. The room still undone. Called again. They did not seem to know why my room was still not done. At4PM someone came. It was way too late as my day was already wasted. I thanked her and simply exchanged towels to at least get cleaned ones after 3 days at the hotel. The check-out was not a good experience. Complete opposite than the check-in. I was awaiting as three agents were there : two assisting clients and one on the phone. The one on the phone the finished her call with a client and did not even look at me. A few seconds later the phone rang again and she took the phone (new client , new inquiry). It was as if she was not in the mood to serve. Even her colleague looked at her in confusion. Finally someone else checked me out. I wished that apologies for my wasted last full day could have been presented. I was disappointed. Thank you

This is the third time that we have stayed here. Easy walk from the train station and also close to the metro. Clean and beautifully decorated hotel. There is an organic grocery store, Avril, with ready-made food steps away that is very convenient if you need something quick. Short walk to the old port.

I booked a massage that was overalls pretty disappointing. The massage therapist paused several times. There were several 15second moments where he did nothing. There were also times where I felt like he was laying with me more so than actually massaging anything. The times he did massage were great, which made the moments where he didn’t even try stand out more.

This is our second time staying at this property! We love the location, the grounds are clean and the hotel is new and modern. The room was spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Montreal.
