Very good location, walking distance to Saint Catherine Square and Old Montreal. Very well maintained. But did not appreciate this is a pet friendly hotel that you could hear dogs barking inside your room.

The room floor smell like feet. There was a spider on the window curtain. The shower faucet temperature was so hard to adjust, needed a towel and strength to turn the nob.

Great location and room. The toilet in room 1212 has some issues (clogging) we had to get a plunger twice and service once. We left this morning and the toilet still has some issues. Other than that the stay was great!

Great hotel with friendly staff for the limited interaction we had. Corner suite was a delight, the bath tub is huge, but slippery. There were a few rough edges but honestly for the money we were thrilled. Parking is tight, be aware and everything is an upcharge.

On nous a donné une carte pour notre chambre à notre arrivée qui ne fonctionnait pas dans l’ascenseur. Finalement on nous a dit que notre chambre n’était pas prête . C’était pourtant 16:30.. L’hôtel nous a alors offert un coupon pour boire un verre au bar. Nous avons dû attendre encore 45 minutes pour comprendre que finalement que c’était une erreur. Par contre on attendait et personne ne nous a fait signe.. Le personnel était complètement perdu.
