A pleasant, restful stay after long travels.

My stay at the Hyatt was pleasant, which is not always the case for "airport hotels". The property is relatively new, so the rooms and amenities are still in good shape. The guest services staff at the front desk were wonderful, welcoming, and personable. As I booked through Hotels.com, there was some confusion about breakfast being included or not. Also, it would have been great to know through the Hotels.com listing that there was indeed an airport shuttle. The Uber was expensive. The shuttle back in the morning to the airport was on-time and easily accessible. My only complaint was some hairs that were found in the bathroom, which honestly was not a concern. The rest of the property and my room were clean and very comfortable. I would happily stay here again.

It is a new Hotel... at least it felt new. When we arrived, there was a small hicup in that the power in the neighborhood failed. Eventually, though we couldn't check in properly, they did assign a nice room and we waited about 2 hours until power was restored. They had supplemental power for basics, like the elevator and hallway lights etc. We checked in once the power came on. All good.

All in all it was a great stay, staff is friendly and efficient. The only complain is that the shower curtains had some brown stain on them but the staff arrived immediately after I reported it and changed it. The hotel shuttle also seemed to not have arrived at airport for an hour and ultimately I had to get a taxi to get to the hotel.
