Everything was great! Very clean, modern and the all the staff were friendly & helpful. The neighbourhood just had a lot of homeless people that hung out in the park across the road but we never felt unsafe walking around even late at night.

I would highly recommand this Hotel for anyone wanting to stay downtown Montreal. Breakfast was tasty and affortable with plenty of options to choose from, staff was SO welcoming, friendly, accomodating and made us feel right at home, accomodations are way above average (our favorite spot… the pool! It was clean, relaxing and our toddler had such a good time) and location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore the area without having to drive around (20min walk to the old port, 5min walk to so many different restaurants/boutiques)
