It is a nice property, well appointed and in a great location in the city. And one I have stayed in in the past. About 3 yrs ago. Close to the subway. Shopping and dining options. All in walking distance. The only thing I did not like is our room needed a deep clean. It was not up to the level of the Hyatt name. I mentioned it directly to the front desk to note. But they need to do better in the future for me to stay there again. I will give them another chance next visit to Montreal. But if my room was like it was this time. I will not return ever in the future.

Check-in was easy. Staff was nice. AC wouldn’t cool the room well. The hallway was cooler than our room. It was humid. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean but the showers don’t get washed well. There’s pink mold growing in all of the grout lines. If you have menopause don’t stay here. They’ll just offer a fan.

Our family had a great stay at Hyatt Place Montreal Downtown! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the kids loved the swimming pool and sauna. The location is perfect for exploring the city. We’ll definitely stay here again!
