Overall, great 3 night stay at the Sheraton. The Club Level staff werw phenomenal- excellent customer service. Pool l/gym staff were very attentive and personable. My only comment would be regarding our experience at the Stanley on our first night. Terribly understaffed, service was non existent and the manager was confrontational when i was simply asking for help. I was so taken back that i shared this with the manager at the front desk- who was very apologetic and genuine interested/concerned.

Always stay here when we go for the Canadian hockey game. So close to the arena where you can just walk to it. Excellent hotel where you can stay right there and have drinks or food in a nice welcoming area.
