The shower water didn’t get hot. Also the vanity has green tape on the bottom of it. All lights were unplugged when we arrived in room, dark and hard to navigate.

Hot tub was not functional. Bathroom exhaust was not working. There was no sound insulation between rooms. I could hear other person talking on the phone in the other room. I wouldnt expect to pay this much money for a 4 star hotel.

Yes, the reception staff was extremely courteous. The parking instructions received from the telephonist were on the dot. The room was sparkling clean. The only drawback related to the glass bathroom door, which lets light into the room, interrupting people's sleep.
