location is good. blinds were broken, furniture was beat up and dirty, bed was advertised as queen - it was a double. the property needs a lot of fixing up. you could hear a lot of noise especially footsteps of surrounding units. for the price i definitely wouldn’t book again. less boutique hotel and more ran-through party palace.

The location was perfect. The apartment felt comfortable and spacious. I would recommend to have coffee filters available to make coffee in the morning. I also had to purchase paper towels so that I could wipe counters clean. The bathroom shower door where the hinges were, I could see that there was water issues. That needs to be repaired and wall painted. Other than that, I really enjoyed my experience and plan on booking with this property again.

The property was acceptably clean upon arrival. Unfortunately a few small items detracted from the property. There were multiple light bulbs not working throughout. There was no coffee maker on premises. No way to make ice. There was also a smell of sewer gasses from the bathroom at all times. The property was quiet and secure. Overall acceptable, just a few maintenance issues mostly.

Extremely close to everything. Less than 1 minute to Notre Dame. Weekend stay was good, but construction across street may be a problem during the week. Floors were sticky and bathroom faucet was loose. Oh well. Christmas store staff was very helpful with using access code to get into building. Otherwise it is a place to sleep and recharge.

Great location, but several small things damaged/not working in the unit. Needs a little attention. While we would stay again because the location is good, the unit itself suffers a little. A little repair would make a big difference

Spacious apartment. Good cotton sheets. Great area in Old Port. But it was hurtin’. The bedside lamp had no plug so was useless. Lightbulbs were burnt out in many locations. Couldn’t open dishwasher. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well. Was missing dish cloth and dish towel. Was only 1 key to the apartment. Kitchen table was janky and loose. Shelves in the bathroom closet were a little busted. There was only 1 water glass, only massive wine glasses. It just had this neglected feeling. It was a shame to have such rank lighting cause it could have been so cool and vibey. I messaged them right away with these concerns and sent photos at their request but they did not come to address any of the issues. They emailed me back saying “sorry for the inconvenience” but never came. Also, one thing to note. This particular apartment is not accessible. There is one step into the building from the street, an elevator to the fourth floor but then once off the elevator you need to climb around 10 steps to get to the unit. I can’t remember if this was mentioned in the listing. I just wanted to mention it here.

This property was in a very convenient location. A nice walk from the VIA station. I went with my daughters and we walked everywhere. The restaurants the piers. It was a beautiful weekend. The property has a complete kitchen and washing machine. The separate bedroom was nice.

Location is great, the apartment was well equipped and clean. I wouldn’t say it’s a hotel, is more like an apartment. Personal hygiene items( shampoo, conditioner, etc) were not provided.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. No entry code until I chased them a day before arrival. First room filthy — messy bedding, towels on floor, awful smell. Second room still dirty with hair everywhere and dingy towels. Windows faced a bright construction site all night, no parking nearby (paid expensive valet at another hotel), and constant noise from other units. Hallway/elevator smell was overpowering. Disgusting and not worth a penny.

The location is as perfect as it gets, however this is the only pro for this property. We stayed in a room on the second floor - our AC did not work and with multiple communications and promises to fix this, after 3 days nothing was done. Having to keep our windows open was very inconvenient, bugs and loud street noise are not conducive for good sleep at night despite the cooler weather. There is no soap in the bathroom (I'm not even asking for a starter set of shampoo/conditioner) - hand soap is basic hygiene and for me a deal breaker (must we really travel with soap in our - already limited - luggage). There is not a single garbage bag in the kitchen and although you have pots and pans for a quick breakfast, not a single dish towel to be found. 3 forks in a room meant for 6 people - go figure. The list of "little things" goes on and on, but in general not a place for a family stay.

Really nice (as long as you don't examine closely)

Beautifully tall ceilings, nice features, great location - but just a few strange details: hand soap not provided, lack of bath towel hooks, so many closets but many had no shelves or hangers, toilet not secured to floor (would bang against the wall when you stood up), water damage in bathroom, had to request dishwasher and laundry pods (without those, having the dishwasher and washing machine amenities would have been pointless, and buying them while on vacation cumbersome). Also there were somehow three thermostats that I couldn't figure out how to effectively coordinate, and a mysterious bedroom light switch that seemingly operated nothing. We still enjoyed our stay, but those strange details were hard to ignore.

The property management was terrible. The AC did not work at all. When I called their number the very rude person told me to stop calling them about the AC not working. Multiple email messages were equally unhelpful. Our trip was ruined because we could not sleep as the apartment was hotter inside then temperatures on the side walk. No one came to change the sheets, towels or clean. Stay away from this property!!!
