Amazing staff, very clean, lovely room. However it was incredibly loud, not only with construction which started at 7AM, but with street noise and foot steps from rooms above.

The location in Vieux Montreal made all walking trips very convenient. Many cafes and restaurants nearby and a five minute walk to metro. The room was spacious, the staff helpful, and the free lattes were a nice bonus. Breakfast was included and it was good continental style fare.

Great hotel in great location

The staff were pleasant and professional. Breakfast buffet was good. Room was clean and comfortable. I wish the room had a desk. Close to Vieux Montreal and steps away from Notre Dame Bascilica.

A hidden gem in Vieux Montreal tucked between cute shops and interesting restaurants, and a quick walk to the hustle and bustle of the waterfront. Phenomenal staff! Less than 30 minutes to YUL. Perfectly lovely!

Montreal trip

All shifts of Desk staff were amazing! Originally we showed up at the wrong address. We were taken personnally to the right location! Assisted with luggage thru the construction area. Coffee service and continental breakfast was great. After our airline tickets were canceled during the Air Canada strike, they Assisted in trying to find us a way home. Would go back again!
