It was a decent stay. The heated pool was only luke warm, but not warm enough to feel comfortable going in which is disappointing since that was a draw to this facility. Also, we were in a room with a shared door so we were woken up at 730am on 2 of the 3 days we stayed by the family with kids in the adjoining room. I don't know if they can do more to cancel out noise with a shared door but that was unpleasant.

The property is great, the staff are very friendly. The hotel is located at the heart of many fun and food options. For the commuters, itvis central and easily accessible by public transport. The parking is very reliable if one pays for valet parking. They park the car for you and retrieve it for you when you need it. The only draw back for our stay was how the bathrooms are set up. The blinds between the bed space and the bathrooms did not feel private for someone travelling with family. While the staff we inquired from told us that the blinds could be fully closed, we tried everything we could. However, if it is a couple using the hotel rooms, it would by all means serve them, but not a family in my observation. The staff at the reception was by all means commendable. Thank you also to Expedia for acting swiftly when we reached out.

Great location for shopping and downtown activities, with friendly staff and clean rooms. However, the hotel's insulation is not ideal, as noise from slamming doors and footsteps from above was very noticeable. If you're sensitive to noise, this might not be the best choice. When I brought this up during check-out, the front desk manager offered a late check-out, which, although well-intentioned, was not very practical given I had already checked out.
