They charge $26 for breakfast but don't tell you that, minimal choices not worth it. Day manager was very hostile and rude. It's NOT a swimming pool, it's a kind of pretty outdoor soaking pool but basically a glorified hot tub. "City View" means looking at the office building across the street, ridiculous. This is an elderly, dark, janky hotel in a very dirty part of town.

First, there is no restaurant or bar in the facility, as shown in several photos. When we checked in, we learned the restaurant and bar were closed down. Although the staff said it was on their website, they failed to notify 3rd party vendors who sell their rooms, like Expedia, which we used to book the room. So we were misled about these amenities at the time of booking. We requested some compensation since we would not have stayed at this hotel had we known these amenities were not offered. The receptionist said she would check on a free breakfast, but the manager refused. Disappointing. The hotel bills itself as a "boutique" hotel - forget it. There is nothing boutique about this hotel. It is tired and outdated. The hotel is shabby- it looks new and crisp on the photos, but it is outdated and worn around the edges. There is no soundproofing-you can hear doors slamming down the hall while you try to sleep. I could hear our neighbors conversation about pizza and glasses clinking at midnight while we were trying to sleep.There is a creepy door that allows someone in the bedroom to open it and watch the person in the bathroom shower AND go to the bathroom on the toilet. Lastly, if you want ice (the tap water is tepid), you have to go down to the mezzanine level to a rather sad-looking floor every time you want ice. We will not be staying here again.

Great stay with the only disappointment being that we were told on arrival that there would be no power or hot water as of 8am the morning of our one night stay because of road maintenance. Out of their control but frustrating since we booked for one night after a late concert. Would stay again though.

It was ok

Good location, room clean and quiet and beds were comfortable. 2 bottles of water upon checkin, after that had to go down and get your own. Bistro on premises permanently closed. Bathtub draining issues, stood in ankle deep water while showering. Small shampoos/conditioner but only a small bar for body wash, went out and bought my own. Little things like that annoy me. Didn’t use the pool. Exercise room was across from us, very small, Fridge and microwave in room along with small espresso machine. Went for the just for laughs festival with my son so didn’t spend much time in the room anyways. Beds were comfortable, that’s the main thing. Would I book again? Probably not. It’s the little things I missed.

Like that coffee was supplied but the Machine was not working until I discovered it was half unplugged and I had to use the umbrella in closet to fish the wire out and while doing that the cover for water container for the coffee maker fell down behind the counter which is impossible for me to move it and retrieve the cover. Also I really didn't like the louvered doors separating the bedroom form the bathroom we like our privacy.

Nice hotel that has seen better days. Bar not open. No blackout curtains. Just seemed like it might close at any moment. Staff was EXCELLENT.
