I stayed at Hotel Lelux for three nights. The bed was comfortable, but I experienced several issues during my stay. The TV didn’t work properly — even after connecting to the Wi-Fi, I couldn’t watch anything, as the Netflix app wouldn’t open at all. I asked for the room to be cleaned, the towels to be changed, and two extra towels to be provided. However, they left only one towel, even though it was a room for two people. I had to go down to the reception to request more. The breakfast was also quite poor — very limited options, with no cheese or ham, only bread, butter, and jam. The elevator was very old and made a terrible noise when arriving at the floors. At times, the button wouldn’t even work, and I had to take the stairs. Another downside is the noise: you can hear everything in the hallway. Around 4 a.m., people were talking and laughing loudly, which woke me up several times. Overall, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

A USED CONDOM ON THE FLOOR - We stayed at LeLux Hotel during a family trip to explore university options for my son. The location is central and the staff at check-in was friendly, which we appreciated. However, several concerns affected the quality of our stay. We arrived late the first night and unfortunately discovered a used condom on the floor of our room. Given the health risk, we requested to move rooms the next morning, but were told the hotel was fully booked and relocation wasn’t possible. We then asked for the room to be properly sanitized and for someone from management to follow up — neither happened, and we did not receive any communication throughout our stay. There were also significant noise issues: the radiator made loud rattling sounds through the night, and on our last night, an individual repeatedly knocked on a neighboring room’s door for over an hour, asking to be let in. This added a level of disturbance and discomfort that made it difficult to rest. We understand that issues can arise in hospitality, but the lack of responsiveness, attention to guest's health and follow-up was beyond disappointing. We hope this feedback helps management improve cleanliness standards, guest safety, and communication moving forward. Unfortunately, our family won't be returning to this premises.

Good location near berri station, foyer dark stained sofa, only 1 lift, room dated but clean nice view of the street good water pressure in shower, breakfast good continental, I had croissants and pancakes with tea and juice, there was cereal and fruit also. Only disposable cutlery and crockery gave hostel vibe rather than hotel. Would stay again because of central location.

A good choice for budget minded travelers. However the staff needs to up their game. The service is adequate at best. Breakfast is a great bonus, and the location vet convenient as a base to explore the city.

Hotel is not definitely what they advertise. The rooms are very old and they definitely need renovation. The shower top was damaged. The handle was damaged the Wallpaper at some part of the room was peeling off the wall, very disappointed

We really appreciated the location, the site, the staff, the breakfasts were horrible, come on people have a few bagels, some great jams, and fruit, and maybe a protein options....other than that, very great hotel, kudos to the staff, they were awesome
