The apartment is located in Old Montreal and is in easy strolling distance of the Port and all of Old Montreal. It’s also an easy walk to Chinatown. There’s the Metro station nearby. The apartment is reasonably spacious in a beautiful older building. Sarah was very helpful with all the information before our arrival and also made herself available during our visit. Her local tips were fantastic. We had 6 guests for a couple of nights during our stay 4 night and this was very ‘tight’ with the sofa bed in use. With only one bathroom, we reckon 4 is an ideal maximum for the apartment although we appreciated being able to squeeze our friends in! We loved the full and very well equipped kitchen as well as the washing machine and dryer. Parking nearby is easy and reasonably priced at CAD20 per day. We highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay again.

Nice place but, wasps' nest on the balcony and noisy neighbors

Nice clean place, well equipped with everything functioning and as described, maybe a bit dark but that is just from the lay-out. Perfect location you can really walk to everything, but if the apartment above is occupied it get quickly very noisy. Wasp's nest kept us from using the little balcony, but manager said it was taken care off. Nice and responsive communication.

Wonderful Montréal urban hideaway

The apt was truly lovely, cozy, simple, clean and charming. The owner was very responsive, kind and helpful, the beds were firm & comfy, the kitchen was well equipped, and the back balcony garden view was serene. the location was wonderful- exciting, on the edge of vieux Montréal and close to other interesting ‘hoods.

Great location, very comfortable

Apartment was comfortable and within walking distance of everything from shops and restaurants and so many things to do. We enjoyed the docks and many restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. Perfect for first time traveler to the city. Sarah provided all the basics from linens and towels and kitchen necessities, which it made it very convenient. It was the perfect size for our family of four. We did have to park a little farther away since we arrived on Saturday evening but we had no issue stopping in front of the property for a short time for loading and unloading our vehicle. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to experience Montréal!

Great Stay, great location

Perfect location. Truly walking distance from Vieux Montréal, and everything that it offers. Plenty of activities, restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. Pictures of interior are accurate. Spotlessly clean. Nice rear terrace overlooking lovely garden. Host lives in the building and very easy to work with and very responsive. Just understand that the building is older and thus has curving outdoor staircase so typical of Montreal to go from street level to the front door.

Great location!

This is a lovely apartment in the heart of Old Town. Photos accurately depict the property. Location makes it easy to walk to restaurants and attractions - we didn't drive anywhere. The property is very clean, and Sarah provides many extras for your stay - paper towels, shampoo, soap, coffee, tea, dishsoap, etc. We enjoyed having a glass of wine each evening on the small balcony, which offers a view of Sarah's beautiful garden. Sarah is easy to communicate with, and patiently responded to all of my questions. The only minor negative is the steep staircase to access the property, but it does have secure railings on both sides of the stairs, so we were able to navigate them easily. All in all a great place to stay for walking around all that Montreal has to offer. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place in Old Montreal

Cozy apartment in Old Montreal. Location can't be beat! The place is close to Basilica, tons of shops, restaurants and cafes. The port is also walking distance where the ferris wheel is located. Parking garage is a block away, the rate is $20 for 24 hrs. There is also street parking but depending on the season it is restricted by days and times. Apartment itself is greately laid out - the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment which allows for more privacy. The kitchen is fully stocked so full meals can be cooked in there. Sarah is a wondreful host and easy to communicate with. The apartment is located on the second floor with a steep stairwell as an access. For those with mobility issues keep that in mind. There is a balcony which backs onto a charming, green and luscious yard where you can have your morning coffee or enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Although located in the city center the apartment is quiet. We stayed over the weekend and it wasn't noisy at all on Friday or Saturday nights. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend Sarah's wonderful apartment.
