The HCAC for the entire building I imagine is an ongoing issue. I can’t imagine the time guests and staff waste trying to get a room to a comfortable temperature and the energy costs as well. Everything else including the gym is great but the room heating and cooling is horrible.

Usually stay at another hotel but I am so happy we decided to stay at the Montreal Marriott Chateau Champlain. This is now of destination hotel in Montreal. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms outstanding, the service first class. We were only in town for three nights stay, wife dragged me to airport as I simply want to stay longer. This was a great hotel with beautiful decor, friendly staff and convenient location. We were there for Montreal Open and getting there was very easy with the subway station being just an elevator down from the lobby. The breakfast was amazing and was worth it to include with the reservation. There were a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.
