The space

Welcome to our spacious and accommodating home! We provide the convenience of a private parking space on the premises to ensure a hassle-free experience for guests with vehicles. Additionally, there are free parking spaces available on the street for added convenience.

Our place is located in a Triple -type of house. It features four bedrooms (two on the first floor, and two in the basement), and a backyard/deck, offering ample space for you and your family. Among the bedrooms, three are furnished with comfortable queen-sized beds, providing a restful and rejuvenating sleep experience. The fourth bedroom features a cozy double bed, perfect for additional guests or those who prefer a slightly smaller sleeping arrangement.

*Please note the first floor and the basement are separated by an indoor shared staircase*

1 bathroom with a shower and toilet: This bathroom is accessible to guests in the basement, providing them with the necessary facilities. Please note that this bathroom has a slightly lower ceiling.

2 bedrooms: There are two separate bedrooms on this floor: one queen-sized bed and one double-bed.

Main First Floor:

Kitchen: Guests on the main first floor have access to a kitchen. They can use it to prepare meals or snacks.

As a general reminder, self check-in starts at 16:00 (4:00PM) & self check out is 11:00AM the latest, unless agreed otherwise with us.

Guests will need to climb stairs as the apartment is on the 1st floor (~5 steps) and the basement (~5 steps). The first floor and the basement are separated by an indoor shared staircase.

HOUSE RULES:

- No parties/events or illegal activity is permitted and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please, no music after 9:00 PM. You may enjoy music at a moderate volume until that time. The building is located in a residential area. We ask you to be respectful of the neighbors.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or an extra-cleaning charge if such is needed, after their stay.

- No shoes can be worn inside the house. Slippers are provided at the entrance.

- Guests are responsible for any fines, penalties or consequences that result from the guest's actions or violations of the house rules.

-Allowing the use of scented candles can create a pleasant atmosphere and enhance the ambiance for guests. However, safety should always be a priority. Reminding guests to exercise caution and responsibility by turning off the candles when they are not present can help prevent accidents or potential fire hazards.

-Smoking inside isn’t allowed. Fine up to 500$ in case of violation will be applied.
