The owner was very pleasant to deal with and was quick to respond. There were some black mold issues, a broken bed and lighting issues that I brought to their attention after our stay. I’m assuming the owners don’t check their rental and just trusted their maintenance and cleaning crew to do a good job, which they do not. Hopefully these things will get rectified. I would also love to see some easier window coverings, like drapes, instead of the system they have now. They are a pain to deal with so we never opened them and then it felt like we were staying in a poorly lit white box. Instead of seeing the beautiful views this rental has to offer.

Montreal Stay

Overall this is a nice property in the heart of Montreal. If you are used to suburb living it can be an adjustment when sleeping with city noise (Montreal does a lot of construction in the summer months) but other than that, it’s a great spot to stay.
