A great apartment, perfect for coworkers to share. Everything you need is provided, and the beds are very comfortable. Loved the rooftop terrasse and the luggage storage lockers available on our departure day.

Building lobby and elevator carpets shared really bad. Unit floor was absolutely filthy and sticky. Table had some sticky substance on it. Lamp shades and couch were stained, nightstand stained and very noisy.

This was our first stay in Montreal and we will definitely recommend this property. The communication for a late night arrival was excellent. Room was outstanding - spacious, comfortable, excellent temperature control, well stocked kitchen. And the access to Old Montreal walking attractions is second to none. Others have made comments about the noise but we didn’t experience that. We used the gym, saunas and rooftop patio and they were all excellent. Easy access to countless eateries (all of which were also excellent!) Old Montreal is a gem and our stay at the Sondor really topped off an already perfect trip.

The parking situation was atrocious. But the value, quality, and service were pretty great, minus some noise from outside construction early in the morning. All around it was a very pleasant stay, and would stay again.

It was mostly quiet, the room was clean and the hotel itself is easily accessible (not sure about public transport as I did not use them). I'd seen reviews about the dryer taking forever to dry clothes (happened to me too) and now I realize it must have been because the hotel doesnt clean out the filters after each guest leaves. I cleaned it out myself and it dried fine. I recommend that the hotel provide some sort of instructions for the washer/dryer, they were not very intuitive and/or some of the buttons just didnt work. My next concern was the absence of staff on-site. Everything is electronic so unless you memorise your access code, god forbid you forget your phone in your room, you'd be locked out. Overall, positive experience though, I'd book again.

Fantastic property in the heart of Old Montreal. Within walking distance of the port, subway, VIA rail station and countless dining establishments and historical attractions. Very easy check-in, beautiful big suite with full in room amenities.

Five stars aren’t enough for this property. Everyone who worked there was kind and helpful. The gym was great, the sauna clean, rooftop space had a great view and comfy furniture. Our room was awesome, clean, modern. Had all the amenities we needed and more. Great location in Old Montreal, super walkable area with lots of great restaurants (go to Tommy’s for breakfast or lunch, you won’t be disappointed). Overall it was an amazing stay and would definitely recommend Sonder. I’ll stay there again for sure!
