If you are looking for a place to stay - minimal deco, clean room, comfy bed and coffee in the morning- this hotel is perfect for those seeking a good place to sleep, at a extremely reasonable cost. Although the area is not suited for sightseeing, it is conveniently located near both the Snowden and Cote St Catherine metro, so getting anywhere is easy. There is underground parking as well. The room as super comfortable , clean and very quiet despite the location. I'd stay again. My only complaint is that I could not find a glass to drink water.

Spark Hotel is a great option for anyone looking for a high-quality hotel at an affordable price. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast is complete, and the parking is hested and spacious (and safe!)

Easy parking underground. Decent breakfast continental nothing fancy but you’ll find something. Windows in room don’t open, air is super dry from the heating, I like to be able to have fresh air so this was an issue for me. Otherwise the hotel is great with very friendly and helpful staff.

The room was new and super clean. I will 100% stay here again. I had family at the hospital (Montreal Jewish) and this hotel was super convenient. The underground parking (FOR FREE!!!) was so nice, in the cold, snowy Montreal winter. Morning breakfast was nice as well. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
