Mont-Royal Avenue and Saint-Denis Street are lined with relaxed cafés and restaurants, lively bars and contemporary galleries and theaters. Nearby Mount Royal Park, with views of the mountain of the same name, has popular trails and a lake. The peaceful La Fontaine Park has ponds surrounded by lawns.

Other Things to Note:

✦ Parking on St. Denis Street is paid and can be complicated. There are daily parking lots that can be a good option.



Snow is removed regularly when my staff comes to the building, it is not cleared every day. In case of long stays or during extreme Winter weather, there is a shovel and some ice-removing salt you are welcome to use.
