Nice waterfront hotel

Great location on the water! Rented a boat for an hour. Nice upper deck. Free popcorn, juice, etc. Nice hot tub on upper deck. Very close to train station, bus station and ferry. Recommend eating at Coco Mama on the water! Easy walk from hotel along waterfront! Visited castle, Charlie Chaplin house, Olympic museum, outside of United Nations in Geneva. Don’t go to casino… unfair rules for black jack!

Excellent stay

A very convenient location, great views, complimentary stuff if the mini fridge and welcome bottle of wine - a nice touch. The conditioner drips water, I had to put a towel under so not to get any puddles. Corner room 139, great view!!

If its hot in Montraux, the rooms in the hotel will be also hot. The air conditioning does not help. And that is in all the rooms. The staff know this and just make excuses

Nice, but will not return.

Bar staff and front desk check in staff were excellent- however when our room air conditioner was not working, one of the managers was very rude (French accent, dark hair, short stature, mustache) came to our room to check if out, told us that "it was an old air conditioner" as an excuse, said we could only have "one fan per room" when we had three people and two beds we needed two fans and he absolutely refused to try and compromise. We paid a lot of money to go to that specific hotel because the amenities included air conditioning yet had a lot of trouble sleeping our first night. The rest of the hotel staff was friendly and but his attitude was terrible, we will not stay there again. Room was clean, beds were soft, appreciated the turn down for the pull out bed and complimentary mini bar. The views were beautiful, location was great. Kids enjoyed arcade and chess games as well as popcorn and candy in lobby.
