Great Night Stay

We stayed at the Helvetie for one night and loved it. The room we stayed in had wonderful balconies and the beds were very comfortable. I got my best sleep of our whole trip. The front desk staff was very very nice. They were helpful when we asked touristy questions and where to go. They kept our luggage after we checked out so we could explore the city/castle. Very good customer service. I'd go back for that alone.

Hellhöriger geht’s nicht. Nachts hört man alles, z.B. wenn jemand spucken muss, hustet oder … Man kann sich die Zimmernachbarn nicht aussuchen - wenn morgens um 6Uhr im Zimmer lauthals asiatisch gefrühstückt wird und die Trennwand keine ist (dünne Türe)… einfach nur ätzend. Die Koffer kann man zur Aufbewahrung aufgeben und wenn der Rezeptionist am Kiffen ist, kann jeder sich bedienen… Nicht empfehlenswert und den Preis nicht wert. Wir hatten diese Woche viel bessere Unterkünfte zu gleichem Preis! Nun sind wir müde und genervt, was wünscht man sich mehr in den Ferien :-(

Die gebuchten Zimmer waren um 16.00 noch nicht bezugsbereit. Das ist nach einer langen Anreise suboptimal, da man sich gerne frisch machen würde. Der Gesamteindruck eines doch stark in die Jahre gekommen Hauses ist entstanden. Das Frühstücksbüffet war um 08.30 praktisch leer und wurde nach 15-20 Minuten wieder befüllt. Ein Vorschlag zum Kaffe: Meine Empfehlung ist, eine Kaffeemaschine bei der die Gäste ihren Kaffe selber herauslassen können. So werden die Wartezeiten minimiert und das Personal kann sich der Befüllung des Buffets widmen. Besten Dank für Ihre Kenntnissnahme.

Sehr grosses helles schönes Zimmer, schöne Nasszelle, sehr freundliches Personal, Nur eine freie Steckdosen im Zimmer (d.h. Doppelstecker mitnehmen). Würde ich wieder buchen
