Private: large, beautiful garden 642 m2 (not fenced). Steep, narrow motor access to 200 m from the house. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 1.8 km, shopping centre 5 km, bus stop "Chernex, Sottex" 1.5 km, railway station "Sonzier" 750 m, lake Lac Léman 5.5 km.
"Saci", 3-room chalet 110 m2, south-east facing position. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration). Exit to the balcony, to the terrace, south-west facing position and south-east facing position. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Delizio) extra, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the balcony, south-east facing position. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Small balcony, large terrace.
