Very unique building with a very nice and large room and bathroom. One note, if you buy the room off Expedia they don’t give them your actual email and Rathbone sends you an email with registration code. I called them and thankfully we got there before 8pm ( bar closes/staff goes home ). Overall, excellent hotel.

The room was very nice—modern, spacious and spotless. The bar was well-stocked and with all the garnishes and little details that make great cocktails. Also made us the best coffee we found in town in the morning. The service overall was fantastic. The staff was so friendly, beyond personable—we ran into a few snags with our trip and they bent over backwards to help us, just went above and beyond. Could not recommend this place more.

Great option for Montrose! Large, well appointed rooms and with character. Great alternative to common hotel chains. Stayed before an early morning flight - 5 minute drive to airport. We will definitely stay here again!

The staff was AMAZING, went above and beyond everyday. They greeted us every morning and evening and were so helpful with recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is immaculate and I really love the updated modern look with the old historical building. Also probably the comfiest mattresses I have ever slept on in a hotel. 10/10 recommend and will be staying here again in the future!
