This luxurious 3 bedroom + den & 4.5 bath waterfront retreat has its own private beach exclusive to this property. This home has unmatched panoramic views of the Potomac river from almost every room in the house. Situated just 2 hours from the DC area, two hours to Charlottesville, and one & half to Richmond making an easy escape for the day! Enjoy the water without having to even leave the house! Perfect for a quiet family getaway where you are looking to just unplug and enjoy the water! This home has everything you need including a fully stocked kitchen, appliances, washer/dryer machines, a massive deck and screened in porch for hanging with the family and a movie room in the basement! This beautiful house features 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 child air beds, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. With 4.5 bathrooms, including a jetted bathtub and shower, relaxation is guaranteed. The upper bedrooms offer large window seats that can provide sleeping nooks for children or air beds are also in each room all providing an enchanting stay.
The community has a pool, clubhouse, tot-lot, pickleball courts and a large pavilion for family events or cookouts. Just down the street are private beaches and two boat ramps exclusive to this neighborhood. with stunning views or enjoying shell collecting, swimming, kayaking or sunbathing.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all dirty towels and bedding in the rooms that they were found preferably in the bathroom.
Check all closets, drawers, and under bed personal items. Return any moved furniture to its original place & leave all remotes in the rooms you found them for your convenience as well as future guests
Make sure kayaks are locked and returned to the back of the shed where they were found.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
