The owners will be happy to help you discover the best the area has to offer. The cottage/studio is on the ground floor and offers complete privacy for 1 or 2 people.

Living area (13m²) with fully equipped kitchen (oven, 2-burner electric hob, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, washing machine), dining area, lounge with sofa, coffee table, storage, and a 55cm TV. Sleeping area (9m²) with two 90x200cm twin beds (can be joined on request). Shower room (3m²) with walk-in shower, sink, and hairdryer. Separate WC.

From Laval, take direction N162, exit towards D901 towards Montsûrs. Follow the D275 and turn left onto La Hamardière.
From Montsûrs, follow the D32 towards Saint-Cénéré. In Saint-Cénéré, turn right onto rue de la Chapelle-Anthenaise, continue to follow the D275 for 600 meters further turn right towards La Hamardière.
