It consists of two family suites, each comprising:

- a children's bedroom, each with two single beds (one with two single beds, one with two bunk beds)
- a bathroom and toilet.

A spacious living room with a fireplace, a large dining table, and a semi-professional kitchen (large range cooker).

Renovated kitchen and Wi-Fi installed from December 2025.

Two covered parking spaces included.
