Gite in the owners' holiday home (adjoining). On 3 levels (entrance to the cottage by the 2nd floor). Ground floor: living room-kitchen with lounge area. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 wooden cot / 1 double bed, 2 single bunk beds), a bathroom (shower), separate WC. 2nd floor: laundry room/entrance hall surmounted by a sloping mezzanine with a total height of less than 1.80 m (1 mattress on a base without legs for 2 people). Grass terrace and land. Public car park 20m away. Free shuttle in winter to La Rosière (downhill and cross-country skiing), Ste Foy resort (14 km), Tignes Brévière (18 km), Val d'Isère la Daille (25 km). Country house from 1870 located in the heart of a typical hamlet 6 km from the resort of La Rosière / Espace San Bernardo. South-facing slope. Spacious and comfortable cottage. Beautiful living room renovated with charm and character. Flat outdoor space, furnished with garden furniture and deck chairs. Magnificent panoramic view of the valley and the mountains. Ideally located 6 km from La Rosière / Espace San Bernado (ski area between France and Italy) with free shuttle in winter, and close to major ski resorts (Val d'Isère, Tignes). A privileged destination in summer to discover on foot or by bike the Haute-Tarentaise with its mythical passes or the magnificent lakes and glaciers of the Vanoise National Park.
