Lane-way holiday rental built in 2012, brick home located just 2 min walk to the beautiful Simms Cove beach via the lane-way that runs along the driveway. The home has 3 large bedrooms, large open plan kitchen/lounge dining area, toilet with separate bathroom with bath tub and laundry with washing machine.
Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove top/oven, large fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans for all your holiday needs for up to 10 guests.
Split system reverse-cycle air conditioner in lounge area, large 10 seater dinning table, 42 inch LCD TV and blue tooth music system.
Large rear year and sealed veranda with outdoor table and 5 burner BBQ. Large secure lawn area for kids and pets to play. Pets are allowed but not inside the home. You maybe charged an extra cleaning fee if dog hair is found inside the home.
Close to Port Hughes and Moonta bay jetties, cafes, general store post office, tavern, playgrounds, golf course, Moonta mines and Moonta town center.
A popular holiday town with beautiful white sand beaches, water park for the kids, jetties and fishing charters running out of Pt Hughes boat ramp. Located on the shores of Spencer Gulf 168 Km from Adelaide. its sandy beaches is a perfect holiday destination for families, holidaymakers and fisherman. You can simply catch crabs, squid & gar on the jetty's or for the more adventurous large snapper and whiting in the bay or Gulf. Charters run out from Pt Hughes boat ramp most days weather permitting.
Moonta Bay and Pt Hughes are both close to the small town centre of Moonta. Cafe's, historic bubs and shops are very popular with people in retirement and holiday makers and families.
