The house is beautifully located and has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. We were surprised that there are other units behind the main house, but they were unoccupied for most of our stay and did not impact our enjoyment of the space. The house doors open to the water and the effect is calming, cooling and tropical. There is a well stocked grocery store a short walk away and the house is centrally located to several restaurants and shops. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The kayaks and SUPs were a huge bonus and a great way to journey out to the nearby shark and ray hang out spot that others had to take a tour to visit.

Host was very responsive to any questions or needs, It was wonderful to sit outside enjoy a meal and look at the beautiful views. Other guests and neighbors kayaked out to a sandbar that had sharks, fish and stingrays but we had already booked a tour to go out there. In the morning you can walk with your kayak and only need to paddle across a stretch of water to the sandbar. You can walk to a restaurant and small market from the house. We would definitely rent here again.

Great communication in lead up to stay and while we were there. Fantastic property with spacious rooms and lovely view. The kitchen had everything you needed and the shop a short stroll up road was great for our daily coffees and pastries. Awesome location on a great beach - walked about 1km to get boat to Coco beach and do snorkelling and whale trips so great location to join day activities. Would highly recommend.

The house is tidy, but the location and water equipment (kayaks, standup paddle boards, snorkel gear) they have to borrow really make this place great. It's a 5 minute paddle to the sand bar off Tipaniers Beach where you can swim with friendly sting rays, black-tipped reef sharks, and colorful fish. Most snorkel tours stop there, and we went every day from the shore of the house! We also saw lots of sea creatures while sitting on the lounge chairs on the little private waterfront. You cannot beat the location, and the host is very friendly.

Location is perfect for kayak and snorkeling. Grocery store is nearby and restaurants around the area.View is great and you can just watch sharks and sting rays from the house. Kitchen needs some attention, but overall it is a good place for a family

Stunning water access and view

Truly amazing location on the water. A dream for people who enjoy snorkeling and kayaking, although you don’t even have to get into the water to see so many fish in the clear water. Communication with the host was fantastic. We hope to visit again in the future.

Great stay

My only reservation in writing such a good review, is it might make it harder for us to reserve this property when we go back. This type of booking is always difficult in an unfamiliar place. We couldn’t be happier with our stay. The owner of the property was fantastic to work with. He accommodated our travel schedule and stopped by one day to visit. The visit was like having an old friend stop by. He was very helpful and friendly, even gave us a tutorial on harvesting coconuts which are growing on the property! The location is quite possibly the best on the island. Fantastic water access with the stingray/shark area a 5 minute paddle away. We were able to watch the crowds snorkel from our deck and either join them or wait until no one was there. Coco beach was only a 20 minute paddle away. We found the best snorkeling to be just across the channel almost directly in front of the house. The way the front wall of the home opens, and beach access made this home incredible. We spent very little time inside. Positioning of the trees over the deck meant constant shade and made sitting outside all day very pleasant.

Incredible Location!

This house is in the perfect location. Gorgeous views! A nice waterfront deck where we enjoyed watching sea creatures, eating meals, and relaxing. Every day we paddle boarded and kayaked straight out to swim with sharks and rays. Our one issue with the property is that the there is only air conditioning in the main bedroom. The VRBO description led us to believe the entire house had AC. This was a problem for our children sleeping upstairs. However, the property manager was great to deal with. Overall, would recommend this property.

Perfect in every way

So much to say about this place. The host was communicative from the very first inquiry and all through our stay. The location is ideal with snorkeling and all the activities within a paddle or walking distance. Speaking of which there were kayaks and paddle boards available with our stay! The home is very comfortable with many options for adults and families and so many indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy! So many little bonuses too such as the pool table, board games, extra water gear. We absolutely loved our stay here! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great place on Moorea

The stay was perfect for our family of five, including grandma. The location is amazing, right on the water allowing you to walk or paddle to some great snorkeling spots. The small store within walking distance is awesome, and has fresh deliveries every morning!The host was super responsive and made sure everything went smoothly! We were extremely happy with our choice.

Beautiful home in the perfect location

We had an amazing stay at this home. It’s perfectly located on a quiet road with a gorgeous view and near great snorkeling spots. There’s a market and great restaurant a short walk away. We kayaked every day to snorkel with rays and sharks. The owner was helpful and friendly. We had everything we needed, including newly installed air conditioning in the main bedroom, snorkel equipment to borrow, and life jackets for our kids. We hope to return.

Wonderful private beach with spacious house on beautiful Moorea

We had an AMAZING, unforgettable week at this property. We really enjoyed ourselves! The beds were comfortable. The location was incredible and convenient. The only thing to note that wasn't clear on the listing is that the house shares the property grounds with other separate bungalows with long term renters. The main house that we had to ourselves is beachfront though and the private beach and deck overlooking the water was wonderful. We had a lovely time watching the fish and even a moray eel right under the deck! We loved being able to kayak to see the sharks and rays right in our backyard and to visit the restaurant at Coco Beach. Many of us didn't want to leave to go on excursions - we just loved hanging out on our own little beach. We had a fantastic time!!

Beautiful peaceful spot on Moorea

The house is lovely. It has an amazing yard, beach, and deck area with stunning views of the lagoon. We ate breakfast and lunch on the deck every day, which is shaded all day and gets a great breeze. The house is very open with great airflow. You can easily walk to a restaurant just down the beach, or the local market which has fresh bread daily. The kayaks are a huge plus, and we used them daily. Just the perfect place to get away from it all on Moorea.

Beautiful Home and Location for Birthday Getaway

I rented this property for my 30th bday celebration with my friends and family and it was the perfect getaway for a small group of us! The kitchen had all the necessities and then some, our host was so communicative and attentive and helped us out with all of our questions! We really felt like we hit the jackpot with this location - it was close to a bunch of restaurants and must see places on Moorea, and I think our favorite part (beyond just having our beautiful private beach to hang out in every day), was the morning/daily kayak and paddle board we would take every day to the sand bank around the reef in front of the house where people take tours to swim with the sharks and rays. We did this almost every morning, and it was especially fun in the morning when the sharks and rays were at their most active for breakfast time. We were definitely pinching ourselves the whole time, and will be back her for sure! Thank you again to our hosts!!

Great house in a great location!

This house is amazing. It’s In the perfect location next to restaurants and activities. The home comes with two kayaks and a SUP. The traditional built in BBQ grill overlooking the ocean was a nice plus. The best part was the private sand beach. It was so nice to be able to stay at your own home all day and not leave. We will definitely be back. Tehiva the owner was great too!!!!

Villa spacieuse et agréable mais la plage n est pas privée

Cette villa est annoncée avec une plage privée. Or les voisins du pavillon situé à l arrière viennent acceder a la mer, boire leur café le matin sur la plage. Le caractère privé de la plage l est pour le propriétaire sans doute mais pas pour le locataire de la villa. L'annonce publiée est trompeuse.
