The “FahrradlandundMeer” holiday apartment, featuring step-free access and modern interiors, is located in Moormerland and is the perfect place for a relaxing stay with a private, fenced terrace. Situated in the center of the rural community, the apartment offers a quiet yet central location in East Frisia, between the cities of Emden, Aurich, and Leer. The town of Leer is just 9 km away.



The 75 m² apartment includes a living room with two sofa beds (one for one person, one for two people), a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a guest WC, accommodating up to five guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, and a washing machine. A drying rack, baby cot, and high chair are also available.



Within about 300 m you will find many services and activities: bike rental, pharmacies, grocery stores, bakeries, cafés, an international restaurant, several pizzerias, EV charging stations, banks, pharmacies, medical practices, public transport, as well as excellent cycling routes and beautiful dog walking paths along the water about 400 m away at the Sauteler Canal.
