This is not five Star, so do not expect it.

The old saying is that you get what you pay for. We have stayed here for at least three years. The inside pool was not as hot as it had been in the past. The rooms are comfortable, and a continental breakfast is a plus. For those who rate this motel poorly, it's likely because they expect to be treated at a four-star level and are not willing to pay for it. So, you will be hard-pressed to find a Sheraton or Hilton in Moree.

Staff were great! Included continental breakfast was good. The motel is just showing it's age. It is not bad, but this is why I would call it a 3 star - just average.

Stayed here for the Spa pool which we have stayed many times before. The pool needs cleaning as it was green and slimy. The room compared to other visits is very disappointing, small and smelly, pillows were dirty with stains and should be thrown out just for starters. The bathroom was alive with mould and the shower hasn’t been properly cleaned in this room for years. Very disappointing considering we have stayed here many times in the past for spa pools and most likely look elsewhere for our future visits.

One of the worst.

Check in was just OK. NO information was forthcoming except i asked. Room tiny, bathroom dirty and mouldy. Linen was probably the only highlight. Artesian indoor pool was grotty - no way would i use it! Restaurant looked nice, but prices were expensive. Totally not recommending.

Terrible hotel. Don’t waste your money. Has mould all over bathroom, leaking taps and shower. Tv does not work. Exposed wires in bathroom. Rubbish all over the grounds of the property. The bed was clean but everything else wasn’t.

Well looked after

Initially we were in a room that had a problem in the bathroom/toilet. There was a bad rust streak down the wall from the taps, and water was seeping from the wall opposite the shower. This made a permanent puddle in front of the hand basin. We reported this, and were moved to a very good alternative room.

we stayed for 2 nites in a family room. sat and waited in the check in area for 20 minutes with another couple until a really pleasant fellow arrived and check in was easy.we stayed in room 19 the beds were not comfortable only one bedside lamp had a bulb in it but neither worked there was a toaster microwave and jug but no plates or knives and forks.the outside patio table and chairs were very dusty and unusable.the artesian pools that we were looking forward to using were not hot. on our booking it says includes daily housekeeping which I assumed was making beds and tidy up the kitchenette area, obviously I was wrong as I asked the gentleman at the front desk if they do daily housekeeping and he said no. even if you had to wash up the dishes there was no tea towel provided.sorry for the bad review but I am very disappointed.
