Located in the historic Camp Glenn neighborhood, right in the middle of all that The Crystal Coast has to offer! 2-miles from Atlantic Beach and 2-miles to Morehead City waterfront.

Ideal for a family or two-couples with parking for 3-cars maximum.

The Camp Glenn neighborhood was established over 100-years ago as an army base where NC soldiers lived and trained. This lovely 3-bed, 1-bath home with newly added outdoor shower, is filled with original local artwork and antiques making your stay feel warm and comfortable.

Quiet residential neighborhood ideal for dog walking, so bring along well behaved Fido if you like. Host allows for two well behaved dogs (50lbs. max each). Please add pup/s to your reservation where applicable.

This home is ideal for a family looking to spend their vacation out on the boat as you’ll be a mere 500’ from MHC boat ramp. Easy pull through trailer parking on property for boat on a trailer (see boat/trailer restrictions in rules/policies: 26’ boat length maximum, single outboard, and maximum twin axel trailer). Ideally a coastal skiff for inshore fishing or tubing with the family. PLEASE ALERT HOST AT BOOKING IF BRINGING BOAT TRAILER and if bringing pet please add to reservation.

Enjoy your own home cooked meals in the spacious and newly renovated chef’s kitchen with screened porch and deck with gas grill.

Please note: property does NOT have a TV.

Bring your bikes or walking shoes as it’s only 2-miles down bucolic Evans St. to restaurants and shops at the Morehead City waterfront or just walk across Arendell St. at crosswalk to the Crystal Coast Welcome Center and enjoy the sound-side boardwalk at sunset.

Property exterior has motion sensor spotlights and generous landscape lighting for secure night time coming and going.

Owner manager lives full-time nearby and is readily available for assistance of any kind.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip all used beds of their linens/pillow cases and leave on top of each bed. Bath towels can be balled together and left on top of bathroom sink.
Kitchen garbage bag, any recycling items, should be placed in respective cans (blue: recycling, lime green: garbage) on north side of house off screened porch.
All personal food and beverage items should be removed from fridge and freezer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Well behaved 50 lbs. dog max. Crate if left unattended inside home. Backyard is for studio guest dog, NOT for house guest dog. Use front yard to walk.
Boats are restricted to: 26' max. w single outboard and dual axel trailer max. Inshore skiff is ideal. Non-Conforming boats NOT permitted on property.

This is an adorable house, and bigger than it appears. The owner was very easy to communicate with, and he was even out of town, yet committed with me. I definitely recommend this house.
